1. Agreement
By purchasing services from Big Wang Media, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide website creation, hosting, management, SEO-ready websites, analytics setup, social media integration, updates, backups, security, and digital marketing services.
3. Wealth Building Program
Our program includes:
- Professional conversion website

- Hosting and SSL certificate
- Website management and updates
- Backups and security monitoring
- SEO-ready structure
- Analytics tracking
- Traffic conversion optimization
4. Pricing
- $399.99 setup fee (due before launch)
- $29.99 per month for 36 months (auto-pay)
- 15% discount for full upfront payment
5. 36-Month Commitment
All services require a thirty-six (36) month minimum commitment.
6. No Refunds / No Early Termination
All payments are final. No refunds, credits, or early termination are permitted.
You are financially responsible for the full contract term.
7. Automatic Billing
You authorize recurring automatic charges for monthly services.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must create and maintain:
- Google Business profile
- Yelp business profile
If requested, Big Wang Media may create these accounts for $100 per account.
9. Domains
Domains are purchased at client cost.
We manage domains during the agreement term for an annual $50 service fee.
10. Hosting & SSL
We provide hosting, SSL certificates, and server maintenance.
11. Website Ownership
All websites remain managed by Big Wang Media during the contract term.
12. Analytics & Monitoring
We use analytics and tracking tools to monitor website performance and usage.
13. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us before initiating any payment dispute.
14. Intellectual Property
All content and systems are owned by Big Wang Media unless otherwise stated.
15. Disclaimer
No guarantees of traffic, rankings, revenue, or results are made.
16. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed fees paid in the previous 12 months.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Big Wang Media from claims related to your business.
18. Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California.
19. Class Action Waiver
No class or collective actions are permitted.
20. Governing Law
California law governs these Terms.
