I handed him my phone, he walked into his room leaving his bedroom door open. I assumed the call was private.

opened account(s) using my information.

Created a fake Google wallet account and attached a greendot visa ending 5327
created account(s) for promotions/rewards/cash, collecting the payouts.
Fraudulent account(s) using my info
The suspect has changed all settings in my phone.
linked banking information to these account(s), and more.
A text sent from the suspect after he was informed i was going to notify the police. of 4 text messages of this nature.
The suspect continues to control my accout(s)
I give law enforcement complete access to my account(s) e.g. phone, email account(s), google account, including history, developer tools, back logs and undelete, ip address search. I consent to law enforcement doing a complete search to rectify and punish the individual(s) committing these crimes. Kelly O'Brien
